What cities are you in?
We are headquartered in Palm Springs, California - and we service the whole Coachella Valley and Joshua Tree area. We also serve the areas of Scottsdale, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Las Vegas, and Napa Valley/Sonoma. For parties outside of the main service area, a travel fee may apply!
what do you provide?
We provide everything needed for your class. Barre/Pilates classes include mats, small weights, booty bands, and pilates balls. Yoga classes include mats, blocks, and eye pillows. HIIT classes include mats and booty bands. ALL classes include music and a goodie bag for the bride.
do we need to provide anything?
Just have your space cleared & clean for when your instructor arrives to set up! We also recommend every participant to have water, and wear comfortable activewear & bare feet or grip socks.
do we need barre/Pilates/yoga experience?
No! Our classes are designed for beginners to advanced, with lots of options for everyone. You can request an overall beginners, advanced, or somewhere-in-between class.
how do we do barre at the airbnb?
It's Barre without the Barres! Your instructor will prepare a completely barre-less class that is still the classic Barre burn we know and love. We incorporate a little bit more mat work than a normal barre class, but still have a standing section that will make you feel like you're in the barre studio. Depending on location, you can choose a mix of Barre/Pilates, Barre/Cardio, or Dance Cardio.
how long is the class?
All classes are 1 hour. We take an additional 15-20 minutes to set up and clean up.
what if it's too hot?
During the summer months we recommend doing class indoors in the desert areas - the temperature is often well over 100F even in the morning! If you absolutely want your class outside in the summer, we require you to start at 9am or earlier, have a shaded space, and everyone must have water (unless it's an unusually cool day!) We also offer Aqua classes in Palm Springs perfect for summer BACHes.
when is payment due?
A $25.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your date.
