How it Works
Our certified instructors come right to your Airbnb/vacation rental in Santa Barbara. We'll arrive a few minutes early to set up and have each participant sign a waiver form. All classes are approximately 1 hour.​
PILATES CLASSES: For the Pilates girls! We provide all equipment including mats, pilates balls, booty bands, light weights, speaker and a fun playlist, or choose your own custom songs. Choose from a classic low impact Mat Pilates or HIIT Pilates for a detoxing sweat.
YOGA CLASSES: For the Yogi Bride! We provide all equipment, plus you can choose your own custom playlist. Choose a Vinyasa flow yoga class or Yoga Sculpt for more of a burn while incorporating props like light weights!​

Your Instructors
Natasha Hughes is a 300-hour certified yoga and mat Pilates instructor who loves fitness and the power of movement so much it’s become her lifestyle and career focus! During her past few years of teaching group fitness in Santa Barbara, she has taught a wide variety of classes including everything from faster paced HIIT fitness to calmer vinyasa yoga. She currently is a lead instructor at BODYROK, a reformer Pilates studio, where she fell in love with Pilates and teaching fun, music-driven, low-impact workouts. She’s absolutely obsessed with group fitness and especially enjoys helping her students create special fun memories with movement!
Angie Matteoli is a dedicated and skilled fitness instructor with over 200 hours of verified training in Yoga & Pilates. Her extensive experience in both areas reflects her passion for helping clients achieve optimal wellness and balance for a feel good workout every time . Angie combines her deep knowledge of body mechanics with a personalized approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients, while having fun. She started teaching pilates at BODYROK, a reformer pilates studio where she found a love for the method, music, and amazing community that Santa Barbara has.
