How it Works

Our certified instructors come right to your house/Airbnb/vacation rental within Orange County, Los Angeles, or Malibu. We'll arrive a few minutes early to set up and have each participant sign a waiver form. All classes are approximately 1 hour.

 

BARRE/PILATES CLASSES: No actual 'barres' are required for our full-body Barre workout! Choose from Classic Barre or Barrelates (Barre + Pilates) on the booking form. Classic Mat Pilates and HIIT also offered in LA & Malibu. We provide all equipment including mats, pilates balls, booty bands, light weights, speaker and a fun playlist, or choose your own custom songs. Add-on a Mimosa Bar to enjoy after class!

 

YOGA CLASSES: Expect an invigorating Vinyasa style flow, choosing from more relaxing, more challenging, or somewhere in between! We provide all equipment including mats, blocks, lavender eye pillows, music (you can choose your own custom songs!). Optional Reiki healing or sound bath can be included in your session. Add-on a Mimosa Bar to enjoy after class!

Destany Byrd is a Certified Barre & Group Fitness Instructor in beautiful Orange County, CA specializing in mindful movement classes that incorporate elements inspired by barre, Pilates, & yoga. She has worked in the health, wellness, and medical fields in various roles over the past 6 years, giving her a unique foundation to build her fitness career on. Her passion is helping people find ways of moving their bodies that they truly enjoy & look forward to, and her philosophy is that mind, body, & human connection go hand-in-hand. When she’s not working or teaching classes, she’s usually by the beach with her family and fur baby. 

Dana Hanlon spent many hours growing up in dance class which fostered a lifelong passion for movement. She is a certified Pilates Instructor based in L.A. Dana's passion is working with people who are committed to challenging and changing their bodies through deepening their connection to movement and breath. Her number one goal each day is for you to end your workout feeling invigorated, empowered, and aligned!

Dara Joseph is a Los Angeles based Personal trainer, yoga instructor, and mind body wellness practitioner dedicated to helping people become their best self. A calm yet uplifting energy, Dara believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, mind, and soul must work together. She also believes fitness should be fun! She wants everyone to be motivated to show up day after day, and truly believes In empowering others through movement, body awareness, and mindfulness practices. Whether working together one on one, or taking class, you will feel supported in creating your best, most happy, healthier you.
