Serving Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Scottsdale, San Diego, Santa Barbara, LA/Malibu, Las Vegas, Napa Valley, and Denver. We also offer Pilates, Yoga, Sculpt, HIIT, and Aqua classes. Our trained and talented instructors bring all equipment to you for a fun and personalized workout or yoga class - before the real fun begins!

We now have many class options including: Classic Barre, Classic Pilates, Barrelates (our most popular class!), Cardio Barre, Sculpt, or even HIIT. We provide all equipment and a fun playlist, or choose your own custom songs. No 'barres' or any other special equipment required!

Our Bachelorette Yoga classes still include all the fun just with a little more chill. Choose Vinyasa or Slow Flow, or even Yogalates for a taste of both! All equipment, props, and a playlist is provided, or choose your own custom songs. Depending on location, you can include Reiki healing, sound bath, or essential oil aromatherapy!
Aqua Classes
Summer BACHes, this is for you! We offer Aqua Barre/Pilates in Palm Springs, Scottsdale and San Diego or Aqua Yoga in Palm Springs and San Diego. Aqua Barre/Pilates is a mix of water aerobics, barre strength, and pilates core using light weights and pool noodles. Aqua Yoga includes poses using pool noodles, breath work and meditation as you flow through the water.

Michelle was amazing! She made it so easy for us providing everything we needed. Our group had girls that had never done barre before and some with past injuries but she made sure to provide alternative exercises when needed. Her playlist was amazing and the exercises were tough but fun! Everyone had a blast! Highly recommend for any bachelorette party!!

Michelle coached a private Barre class for our Bachelorette party and was truly a delight. She brought all of her own equipment including speakers and mats for the entire party. Michelle was motivating and had a great workout planned and personalized for the group. 10/10 would recommend for a special Bachelorette group experience!

I found Michelle when planning my 30th Birthday girls trip to Palm Springs. She was so fun & exactly what we needed after a night on the town. She set everything up for us by the pool - we just had to show up and have a good time (while jamming out to some 2000s pop)! Michelle's Barre class left us feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the day.
